Europanel ticks all the right boxes

Eurobond has re-launched the Europanel composite panel system, with a new emphasis on its proven credentials in low environmental impact and fire performance. The ‘total wall’ solution is designed to be integrated with glazing and louvre components from partner manufacturers.

Europanel has a proven low environmental impact. Independent research shows that from ‘cradle to cradle’ Europanel has a carbon footprint significantly lower than that of an equivalent panel with a polyisocyanurate [PIR] core. This low environmental impact is underlined by the offer of a CarbonNeutral solution, when a Europanel project is registered with Corus Confidex Sustain™.

Europanel can also be part of a closed loop recycling process in that both the steel and mineral wool can be used to make new product. With an increased focus on the disposal options available at the end of a building’s useful life, Europanel is one of the only panel products that is truly recyclable, further minimising its overall environmental impact.

Market leading design flexibility is possible with module sizes available from 300mm – 1000mm in 5mm increments. This enables feature bands to be provided in relatively small quantities plus alignment of the panel joints with window heads and cills.

A wide selection of architecturally enhancing ancillary packages is available. Pre formed wrap around corners, either horizontal or longitudinal, are also possible.
