Cucina’s team of experts have made a dramatic difference already to the six new academies since the beginning of last month, at least tripling the uptake of school meals at them all. In one case, takings increased from £350 to £2,200 per day.

They include great plans for Halloween and other special days. Our ‘stealthy eating’ approach has helped us more than double the uptake of school dinners in our restaurants across England. It has also enabled our partner schools to significantly reduce their catering costs.”
He added; “Highdown and Willmington are two of the schools at which we are adopting our ‘seeds to plate’ philosophy, using ‘academy grown’ butternut squashes, courgettes and other vegetables in our meals.”
Furthermore the catering expert has announced their latest range of healthy menus, which are available in all of their restaurants. These include a range of Big Foot sub sandwiches, hot wraps and a 1 2 3 Go! Salad bar.
