Peer and Sceptre units are available as pass-throughs with removable sliding doors to both sides and are aimed at busy kitchens, particularly those in universities and schools. The models can be supplied in either natural gas or LPG; all are third party certificated and CE marked in accordance with the EC gas directive. They feature a combined spark ignition, flame failure and thermostatic control and are supplied with half-inch BSP gas connections. The digital temperature display is an optional extra on gas models which requires a 13 Amp supply. The units can be delivered with height adjustable legs or castors as required. All Victor hot cupboards can be supplied with one, two or three tier heated or ambient gantry overshelves to form a highly practical kitchen servery or pass.
