The HR team cites many benefits since using OrgPlus Enterprise, including more accurate data, making HR details easily available to college managers and improved data validation through employee feedback. OrgPlus Enterprise is much quicker and easier than the previous manual process, saving considerable time in the production of charts.

OrgPlus Enterprise draws data from the College’s Select HR Management System and produces organisation charts. The system is accessible with varying security levels, providing set views to different categories of staff. All employees have a basic view, with position, name and title, and contact details. Departmental Managers are able to view HR details on their own team staff, while Executives have a top level view.
