Stay Proud, Clean and Stain Free with the Latest Cleaning and Maintenance Guide from Heckmondwike FB
Published:  08 April, 2011

British fibre bonded carpet manufacturer Heckmondwike FB is helping educational establishments keep clean by the introduction of its new Cleaning and Maintenance Guide.

The attractive guide, which contains nine pages in a handy reference point style, features clear and concise pictorial instructions as well as the cleaning products needed for each specific job. It details the best ways to tackle general cleaning; deep cleaning; stain removal and the biggest problem faced when maintaining flooring, the removal of chewing gum.

Caretakers, facilities, estates and site managers across the country can request their cleaning and maintenance guide by calling 01924 406161, with a digital version available online www.carpetsforeducation.co.uk for anyone who wishes to download it.

Abby Chandler, Marketing Manager at Heckmondwike FB commented; “Heckmondwike FB is dedicated to manufacturing cost effective durable flooring options for schools and educational facilities which we have been doing for over 40 years. The Cleaning and Maintenance Guide was created to maximise the life of existing and new carpet options – making carpet - as cost effective an investment as possible for these facilities.”

If installed and maintained properly, many carpets from the Heckmondwike FB range should have a life span of at least 10 years and at a time when cuts are at their peak, schools need to be able to depend on this promise by maintaining their flooring correctly.
