    The inextricable link between a child’s behaviour and how well they achieve at school is well documented. What is perhaps less understood is how much the overall wellbeing of a child can affect their behaviour. If a child is suffering from low self-esteem, they might be less able to resolve disputes in the playground peacefully and their expectations of what they can achieve in life are limited.
