Murder puzzle to attract students

Leaving a dead body in the quad may not be the usual method of attracting students to Oxbridge's famous colleges. But this spring Oxford dons are hoping to recruit more working class pupils by turning to the magic of TV detective Morse at a murder mystery weekend. Fifteen-year-olds from schools in deprived areas were invited to solve a murder mystery using chemistry, physiology and language skills. Related articles:
