New from Qwizdom
Published:  15 February, 2008

Qwizdom will be showcasing on stand IT-W67, the latest in handheld technology in the form of the Q2 handset, ‘Synaptiqs' - new cutting-edge curriculum software for Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, and the new Actionpoint Suite software. Actionpoint Suite (available in 8 different languages) encompasses Adobe Flash-based games to encourage healthy classroom competition and diverse reporting tools to help teachers identify patterns of ability from their pupils' test results.

Suitable for use across the curriculum, particularly in mathematics and science, Qwizdom's voting system provides an entertaining way to encourage whole-class participation and can make a huge difference to children's motivation to learn. As children can vote anonymously and answers are evaluated as a class, even shy pupils enjoy joining in.  Qwizdom is offering every visitor to the stand, the chance to win a 12-remote set of its popular Q4 RF voting system with accompanying software worth over £1,000.

Building on Actionpoint's immense success, Actionpoint Suite seamlessly integrates into Microsoft PowerPoint, allowing teachers to assess their pupils' knowledge via tests, quizzes and games. Useful for both formative and summative assessment, results can be displayed as charts, graphs and tables.

Another new technology being showcased is Qwizdom's new Q2 voting system designed for use in large groups, as well as primary and SEN pupils.
