BIC to showcase at The Education Show
Published:  15 February, 2008

Leading stationery manufacturer, BIC®, will be exhibiting on stand AZ-B58 at the 2008 Education Show. BIC will be displaying their exciting range and raising awareness for National Doodle Day.

BIC will be showcasing an innovative and diverse range of stationery products for the education market.  For teachers and pupils alike, BIC's writing, correction and marking products are reliable, affordable and always at the forefront of innovation.

For pre-schools and primary schools, the BIC Kids Colouring range includes a vast array of crayons, pencils, felt tip pens, glue, whiteboard markers and activity kits, all of which are clean, long lasting and great value for money.  All products are high quality, safe and meet British Safety Standards.

The colouring pencils are made from a resin material instead of wood, which makes them splinter proof and chew resistant.  Equally, the crayons are plastic as opposed to wax, ensuring they are stronger and cleaner.  The ink used in BIC Felt Tip Pens is ultra washable and won't stain your skin or your clothes.

To complement the writing products, BIC has recently launched a new accessories range, consisting of maths instruments including rulers, protractors, set squares and compasses, as well as essentials such as pencil sharpeners, scissors and erasers.  All products are again designed with durability in mind and are made from shatterproof plastic, so schools can be assured of quality and safety.

For teachers, the marker range offers everything from whiteboard markers to permanent markers, as well as a variety of highlighters.

BIC is a supporter of National Doodle Day 2008 and visitors to the stand will be given the opportunity to donate £1 to do a doodle on one of the official cards, with all donations going to the charities for epilepsy and neurofibromatosis.

SPECIAL OFFER!  Visitors will also be able to purchase fabulous stationery kits, featuring a selection of BIC's best selling products suitable for the educational market.  A BIC Kids kit contains a selection of colouring products and a further kit provides a broad range of writing, marking and correction products.

They will be available exclusively at the show for £6 each or 2 for £10, and with products valued at over £20 per kit they are excellent value for money.
