All 45 rooms at the 140 pupil St Mary's RC Primary School, Grangetown, Middlesbrough were damaged as fire ripped through the building.
The fire was so severe that parts of the building will have to be demolished and re-built but the Rainbow team are determined to recover a huge amount of books and equipment.
Thousands of items are being restored achieving a multi thousand pound saving for the school in replacement costs.
Rainbow's team of technicians are also carrying out a full clean and deodourisation of the school's interior ready for the school to open early in the New Year.
The recovery is being handled by Rainbow International Darlington, Richmondshire, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool franchise run by father and son team Charles and Michael Folkes.
They were recomended by two separate firms of loss adjusters because of their reputation for effective restoration.
Michael Folkes said: "The school has suffered severe damage with about a third of the building left unstable and every room has been damaged or smoke logged.
"We are working closely with the school's management team to carry out a comprehensive recovery plan. We have removed thousands of items including computers, desks and books for restoration."
Books are being restored using compressed air before being placed in an ozone chamber to remove smoke contamination.
The Folkes are using a £25,000 state of the art ultrasonic cleaning system which can restore a vast array of items ranging from computers to window blinds.
The ultrasonic system works by passing sound waves through a bath of chemical solution, gently but rapidly lifting away deposits such as soot, smoke, grime and odour. No scrubbing or abrasive chemicals are necessary.
Michael said: "The ultrasonic system is extremely effective. There is very little that it cannot clean and we are confident that we will be able to recover a very high percent of smoke damaged items including full data recovery from IT equipment.
"This has been a traumatic experience for everyone connected to the school but we will be doing our best to make sure as much of the children's work and the equipment they use is saved and restored to pristine condition."
