Victor’s hot cupboards are constructed to make service quick and easy in even the most frantic of kitchens. Digital temperature displays highlight inside temperatures at any given time with adjustable thermostatic controls conveniently located for ease of access.
Count and Crown hot cupboards all feature double skin construction providing cool to the touch exteriors – all designed for safe and efficient operation.
The units feature stainless steel interiors and GN1/1 gastronorm compatible removable interior shelves and supports. Available in mobile configuration, the units are fitted with swivel castors, push/pull bars and curly cable with plug park.
The top hung sliding doors have zero dirt traps to the front edge and a stainless steel coated interior with inner curved corners making life easier when wiping down. Both units are offered in standard sizes 670mm width x 900mm height and in two lengths 980 and 1285mm. Optional features including, corner bumpers, additional push bars and shelves, grantries and tray slides are all available.
