Ultralight - A show stopper
Published:  09 November, 2007

The Ultralight staging system from Gopak - the UK’s market leader in lightweight aluminium furniture - is the perfect choice for schools putting on annual productions this Christmas.

With a host of enhancements to the staging solution recently added, the Ultralight staging system will be a real show stopper at harvest festivals, nativity plays, school musicals, award ceremonies and charity fashion shows.

The new and improved Ultralight staging system couldn’t be simpler. Made from an expanding aluminium base and a lightweight staging platform, the system is extremely easy to transport and permits speedy installations and de-rigging whenever there is a need for a temporary stage.

Folding to less than two percent of its open size, the Ultralight staging system has a distinct folding aluminium tube base that opens and closes in seconds - making it exceptionally quick and easy for one person to both assemble and dismantle, as well as highly compact to allow for easier transportation.

Made from lightweight components, which together form an incredibly strong staging solution, Ultralight™ can support a uniformly distributed load of 1,000kg per sq metre. Stage platforms have a depth of only 30mm.

The Ultralight decks can be finished in one of four carpet colours or black vinyl, and to add a finishing touch, a selection of coloured valances in black, blue, green and red can be added to conceal the risers.

New accessories to the range include an optional Guardrail, 2 and 3 step hand rails, a new Chair Stop Plate and to ensure the staging is compliant with DDA requirements, the Aero Light Ramp enables wheelchair users to easily access staging in situ.

Delivery is free on all orders. To find out more about the Ultralight staging system, the range of cost-saving packages available and recently introduced value added extras, visit: www.ultralightstaging.co.uk
