Celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee by treating pupils to some fabulous Queen’s Jubilee Cup Cakes. These exciting cup cakes are simple to make using Craigmillar Extra Moist Cake Mix.
Already a firm favourite with school cooks, Craigmillar Extra Moist Cake Mix is easy to use, just add oil, egg and water to the mix to get consistently good results every time. The excellent shelf life of cakes made using the mix means there is no need to bake everyday.
Available in three flavours, Plain, Chocolate and Toffee, Extra Moist Cake Mixes contain all natural flavours with no added colours or preservatives and no hydrogenated fats. Craigmillar Extra Moist Cake Mixes also meet the current FSA sodium/salt guidelines and when made using vegetable oil is also low in saturated fats.
Recipe:
• Use either Extra Moist Cake Mixes in Plain (RPE) or Chocolate (RCE).
• Deposit 40g of batter into foil or paper cases.
• Bake at 160 °C for approx 25 minutes.
