The lowest-priced vertical panel saw in the world, the Zapkut is fully portable, weighs less than 26Kg and can be deployed or stowed in seconds.
When stowed, the unit is small enough to be transported in the back of a small van, or even a family estate car. When deployed, the Zapkut provides excellent support for sheets of up to 2440mm x 1220mm. The unit supports cross cutting, rip cutting and bevel cutting up to 45°. The unit's innovative geometry ensures it remains absolutely stable even on uneven ground, and its support for cordless saw units means it can be used almost anywhere.
The Zapkut is ideal for shop, kitchen and office fitters, builders, signmakers, DIY outlets, export packers, timber merchants, plastics distributors, furniture makers, the military (for maintenance and disaster relief) and smaller workshops with limited budgets, space or cutting requirements.

Until the launch of the Koolkut range, there was nothing available between flimsy 'economy' panel saws and exceedingly expensive heavy-duty units. Koolkuts deliver the benefits of the latter at much more attractive prices.
Series '1'
The Koolkut Series '1' is the most economically priced moving column vertical panel saw on the market. Designed for light to intermediate industrial use, Series '1' saws are compact in use, the moving column design meaning the workpiece remains static at all times, making these saws ideal for those with limited space.
Despite their competitive prices and compact designs, these saws are exceedingly rugged, comparable in strength, rigidity and accuracy with far more expensive machines. They support rip, cross and angle cutting to the full width and length of the workpiece, plunge cutting and bevel cutting up to 45°.
Series '1' models feature a 1.8KW (2.4HP) single phase, 240/110V motor, suitable for connection to a standard domestic power outlet.
Series '2'
The Koolkut Series '2', a 'no frills' heavy-duty workhorse, is ideal for medium to heavy industrial use where ample power is essential. Fitted with a powerful 4KW (5.5HP) three phase, 380-440V motor, the Series '2' can cut to depths of up to 65mm in a single pass.
Engineered to the same exacting standards as the Series '1' machines, Koolkut Series '2' units offer cross, rip and angle cutting to the full board length and width.
Series '3'
The Koolkut Series '3' is designed for the quick and clean cutting of large amounts of materials such as veneered or melamine-faced boards. Series '3' machines feature dual, contra-rotating blades which first score, then cut the board, allowing such materials to be cut cleanly on both sides in a single pass.
Series '3' machines are fitted with a 3KW (4HP) three phase, 380-440V power head, complete with plunge capability.
