Aspiring young engineers submerge in engineering
Published:  15 May, 2007

Independent educational charity, The Smallpeice Trust offered 400 aspiring engineers the fantastic opportunity to attend a number of residential courses over the Easter holidays, all designed to provide a taste of what a career in engineering might be like.

Exciting courses took place across the UK, providing students with the opportunity to work alongside industrial engineers on a range of taxing challenges including the design and build of a scaled submarine ship lift, a robotic buggy and a caisson.
