Dorgard gets top marks at school
Published:  29 January, 2010

Hamilton Primary School in High Wycombe has just bought a second batch of Dorgard wireless fire door retainers for its Priory and Hampden Road Sites, to legally hold open fire doors, and help the flow of pupils and staff throughout the school without compromising fire safety.

Hamilton is the latest in a growing number of UK schools and colleges who recognise that Fireco’s Dorgard range is the wireless solution that offers the simplest, most cost-effective way of legally holding open fire doors safely in any position, automatically releasing them should the fire alarm sound. Dorgard also offers significant cost advantages as it can be fitted in minutes, with no wiring required.

With over 300,000 Dorgards installed across the UK, the Dorgard range is recognised as the accepted solution to the illegally wedged open fire door problem in any environment, complying fully with all relevant British Standards and EU Directives.
