Education technology provider DRS installed its biometric e-Registration solution in 56 classrooms and changing rooms around the school to help deliver lesson level registration.  As a result, Whitburn School now has clean, instant, accurate and consistent data that monitors student whereabouts whilst providing the opportunity of real time information for parents.

Whitburn School reports that the lesson level registration data also has the potential to aid academic mentoring by highlighting any students that may regularly arrive late to a particular subject, suggesting there may be a potential issue that needs investigation.  Thanks to the monitoring provided by the DRS IntelliReg®, such students can now be identified more easily.
