Ardex gets a glowing report at new academy

ARDEX UK, premier manufacturers of high performance flooring products, teamed up with flooring contractor Sandafloor Limited of Gateshead, to provide over 3,500m2 of flooring underlayments for the new £36 million Bede Academy in Northumberland. To commence, the classrooms and laboratories received ARDEX DPM 1 C One Coat Surface Damp Proof Membrane, which is easy to apply, fast curing and can accommodate Hygrometer readings up to 98% RH. ARDITEX RS PLUS Rapid Setting, Low Odour Latex Sub-Floor Levelling and Smoothing Compound was then applied to the cured DPM, resulting in a flat and smooth finish. ARDITEX RS PLUS is able to receive final floorcoverings in just 6 hours at 3mm thick, and is suitable for use on sub-floors such as concrete, cement and sand screeds, terrazzo and quarry tiles etc. 01440 714939 Related articles:
