CEDA is the professional association made up of more than 80 independent member companies helping caterers with their kitchen installation projects (including building works) and choose everything from economy or silver teaspoons, to a new oven or a complete kitchen, including design, equipment selection and sourcing, installation, commissioning, staff training, after sales service and maintenance.
CEDA members offer expert professional advice to help caterers choose the right equipment for their business and budget. They work with all manufacturers and have a comprehensive knowledge of all types of catering equipment.
They also work independent of manufacturers and have years of experience to call upon to offer expert advice to suit the budget.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE: Most equipment needs installing and then service and maintenance. Kitchen design, installation, service & maintenance is a speciality for many CEDA members where their experience of solving problems and their expertise of handling all types of kitchens can really pay off for the caterer.
FAST DELIVERY: Most CEDA members hold a stock for fast delivery or immediate pick-up of regularly replaced items such as pots, pans, knives, utensils and light equipment. Many members also stock heavy duty items such as ranges, fryers and fridges.
