High marks for high efficiency boilers from Clyde
Published: 17 September, 2009
Charterhouse School near Godalming in Surrey has taken delivery of two new CG wall-hung condensing boilers from Clyde Energy Solutions as part of an ongoing programme to upgrade the entire heating system with Clyde's high efficiency units. The latest additions bring the total number of CG boilers at the School to eleven. Designed with a sophisticated microprocessor control to be ‘BMS technology ready', the boilers are linked to the School's integrated energy management system that allows central control and local overrides to optimise energy consumption. The boilers heat a range of buildings on the site, including teaching blocks, boarding houses and the theatre, and have outputs from 60kW to 100kW depending on heating demands. |
