Aviko's ‘Pure Mash' is a success

Aviko's ‘Pure Mash', launched at the LACA Conference, is a success with school caterers, following endorsement of the rest of the range by the Craft Guild of Chefs. Aviko's ‘Pure Mash' is just potato, with no added ingredients, and quick-frozen to lock in all the flavour and vitamins. Prepared using a microwave or combi-steamer, it is ready to serve from frozen in less than 12 minutes! One 2.5kg pack is sufficient for a half size Gastronorm and since the mash is frozen in individual cubes, you can make any quantity, ensuring minimum waste, savings in time and portion control.
