Deadline for entries is Sunday 31st May and applications must be no more than 500 words.
A winner from each region in the UK will be selected to go on to compete in a national final. Each finalist school will be given a ‘vote for our school' campaign pack with promotional materials to help drum up support for their entry via an online voting poll.
The school with the most votes on Wednesday 1st July will win the prize.
Julie Turnbull, General Manager for Cannock Gates, comments: "We have gates in over 750 standard size and style combinations as well as offering a bespoke service. This means that the winning entry can choose a new gate that really is tailored for their school."
Entries should be emailed to winagate@htpr.co.uk or posted to: Cannock School Gate Appeal, c/o Haslimann Taylor, 1 Wrens Court, Lower Queen Street, Sutton Coldfield B72 1RT
Most pairs of gates are suitable for automation, with a choice of above and below ground hydraulic systems and electromechanical systems, some designed for easy DIY installation. An installation service is available for gates, railings and automation.
