Top marks to Pinelog

As an investment in its future and to provide a resource for the local community, the Governors of Andoversford Primary School, near Cheltenham, decided to invest in a new building to house a playgroup for pre-school children and a mother and toddler group. Head Teacher Joseph Kinane explained: "We realised that for the budget available, a factory fabricated building was our best option. We carried out research on the internet to see what was possible and narrowed it down to a small number of suppliers who were then invited to submit tenders. We decided on Pinelog's proposal because their buildings were very attractive, competitively priced and they were able to demonstrate wide experience in supplying what we needed."
The insulated timber-framed structure provides a modern facility with 72 m2 of partitioned floor space to accommodate the main play area, a kitchen, storage room, child and adult sized toilets. Structural support for the insulated roof, which is covered with Tegola shingle tiles, is provided by glulam beams which allow great design flexibility. The building is clad with durable European larch and with uPVC windows and doors; the building will require minimum maintenance. A balustrade verandah and ramp provide access to outdoor play areas.
Joseph Kinane is delighted with the new facility: "The new building has been well received by all who use it and serves its purpose very well."
