Eteach International launch recruitment website
Published:  16 December, 2008

The inspirational combination of blue skies, winter sun and the beautiful French Cote d'Azur coastline plays host to the launch of Eteach International.

In association with ISC (International Schools Consultancy), COBIS (Council of British International Schools) and ECIS (European Council for International Schools) Eteach International is building on the proven success of eteach.com, the UKs No.1 Education Recruitment Website. Eteach International will connect schools and colleges to an International talent pool of professionals.

It's no surprise that eteach.com is expanding following the announcement of their best first quarter results ever, showing a 20% increase in revenues on the previous year and a net profit 63% ahead of forecast.

Traffic through the eteach.com site is up 34% on the same period last year with a massive 530,000+ visitors to the jobsite and a huge 47.9% increase in job searches in October alone.

Paul Howells, Eteach.com CEO stated "Eteach International supports International schools and colleges to recruit a quality workforce, raising standards of excellence and pupil achievement. Eteach International offers cost-effective online recruitment solutions delivering effective recruitment campaigns, microsites and innovative candidate matching software."

Eteach International launched during International Education Week at the November ECIS (European Council for International Schools) Conference in Nice, which is the largest and most comprehensive of its kind in the world, attracting approximately 3,000 educational delegates.

Eteach International responds to the fact that teaching qualifications and experience are a valid professional passport to rewarding and exciting international career opportunities. Colin Bell, Eteach International Head of Development stated "building an International career portfolio will develop global education leadership potential, curriculum knowledge, cultural intelligence and an International professional network"
