Arioform's design module allows users to design their own form in a few clicks then print on standard paper. By processing ink captured using a widely available digital pad, Arioform removes the need to re-type hand written data. Handwriting recognition software digitally and accurately converts the information to digital text and data which is then processed and exported to .CSV, .XML or Microsoft Access database files.
Arioform works like this:
- Design-It Arioform has been specifically designed to work with the DigiMemo, the digital pad that captures and stores everything you write or draw on paper. Arioform enables forms to be created using Design-It technology, which also helps with the design process. A range of fields from the toolbar can be positioned into the form, while the format and contents can be defined to maximise data capture.
- Process-It This module analyses the ink files generated by the digital pad and converts into data and digital text. A batch mode enables users to process and validate many pages at once very quickly. Process-It then exports the data using a range of file formats, including CSV, MBDB and XML.
