Are you Megaman?
Published:  12 September, 2008

Megaman is one of the world's largest manufacturers of energy saving light bulbs, and is one of Europe's top selling brands. We make them in just about every shape and size you can imagine, from small 2 Watt nightlights up to big 320 Watt lamp clusters for industrial use. If you use ordinary light bulbs, there will be a Megaman equivalent which will save energy, and save you money on your electricity bill.

Energy saving light bulbs have come a long way since their invention in the 1970s. They used to be slow to start up, low on light intensity, and a bit expensive. All that's changed and now not only are they bright, reliable and efficient, but they come in a vast range of styles including candles, golf balls, halogen and spotlight replacements. You'll find Megaman products on sale over the internet and most noticeably in B&Q stores as well as across the UK through Electrical wholesalers and distributors.

We have always been driven by the idea of improving upon "traditional" filament light bulbs and their applications. Through a massive continuous research and development effort, we have introduced many new inventions that shape an entirely new lighting experience for our customers. And we are committed to continue this work to deliver the ultimate in lighting products in the future.

Besides creating quality energy saving lighting products we are also passionately dedicated to enhancing the quality of people's lives and conserving the environment for the sake of future generations. Megaman is recognised internationally as being an environmentally and socially responsible organisation with a proven interest in 'green' issues. We get actively involved in many environmental projects and initiatives throughout the world.

Megaman takes pride in its list of green credentials. Over the years, the company has won a range of international energy and environmental awards, which here in the UK includes The Energy Efficiency Recommended label issued by The Energy Saving Trust. Similar awards have been made in Europe and the Far East. As far as energy-saving lighting products are concerned, you're in good hands!
