With a raft of combinations and configurations, Banquetline delivers flexibility to large scale foodservice operations, enabling kitchen staff to be better utilised in other areas. Plated meals can be held stacked in the cabinets using plate covers, or held individually on shelves. All shelves and supports are removable and adjustable to multiple positions, and all models are fully gastronorm compatible.
Robust and rugged, once food is in the Banquetline units, they are easily transported from kitchen to dining areas, smoothly and safely.
Victor's Banquetline heated models contains nine cabinets that range from 48 to 228-plate capacity or four to 32 GN1/1 x 150mm capacity, with a variety of choices in between. Shelf configuration can be varied so that hot meals can be stored in bulk or stacked on plates with covers. A special heater and fan module evenly distributes heat throughout the units reducing instances of hot spots.
The refrigerated version comprises an integral blown air-cooling system supplied with inset push-pull handles and a microprocessor control.
