"We have the track record and the relationships to ensure we continue to offer excellent service and the right prices," says Mick.  "We also have a dedicated Customer Service team to ensure that every order is tracked and each client knows when to expect their delivery."

The Framework Agreement covers the supply of all PC components, networking components, storage devices and media, displays, peripherals, assistive technology (such as trackballs, mice, keyboards etc.) and other devices such as USB memory pens.

"We also have project specialists who can support our customers and their colleagues with specialist requirements such as ‘Environmental Monitoring' for Datacentres and Server Cabinets manufactured by Jacarta, Secure USB memory sticks with 256bit hardware encryption manufactured by Kanguru, as well as special deals for Education clients such as up to 30% off list for Kingston desktop and server memory."
